Never believe in the dramas / movies set in the 80s and 90s

The plot is somewhat typical, a story about first love and friendships in adolescence, at first I felt that it was a bit slow but then it improved, really what is most striking is that you do not expect the ending and the fact that the love story from Bora and WooHon it ends before it started it hurts, at least they would have had another kiss
---
The performances were good, Kim Yoo jung and Byun Woo suk in the train scene where they say goodbye will always be a memorable scene, it was impossible not to cry and Han Hyo Joo in the last scene where she sees the tape... Damn she didn't even have to speak so that I would be destroyed
---
The best movie of 2022 and here the phrase that destroyed us all "I want to see you, Bora of the 21st century"

Best kdrama of 2024 so far

Sooji and Harin quietly being the best protagonist and villain duo.
---
One of the phrases that impacted me the most was "school is just a miniature version of society." This is so real.
---
Synopsis: Sooji transfers to an all-girls school, her class 2-5 seems to be "normal" but hides a big secret, every Thursday at the end of the month they play "The Pyramid Game" A popularity game based on votes , whoever does not get votes will have an F and will be a victim of bullying, Sooji will try to stop this game.
---
10 Episodes of full of suspense and a story without boring moments, something I really liked about this drama was that the pyramid game exists everywhere; Schools, jobs, even in politics. There will always be those at low levels, middle levels and at the top BUT there will always be someone who controls those at the top and that will be the powerful one.

And at the end of the drama we understand this;  At the end of the day, when the person who had all the power is defeated, someone more powerful will always arrive and everything will be a cycle, in this case Harin and the twins, once Harin ended up being miserable, the twins arrive but here something interesting happens and it is that the class will no longer allow themselves to be manipulated and Sooji will not allow them to get their way.
---
Characters:
Sooji is one of the best female lead I've ever seen;  She was intelligent and manipulative, when she rose to C she managed to put the majority of the class in their place and destroyed the game in the most iconic and simple way: Following the rules as Harin said "This is our game" Everyone had to make a decision and not let Harin continue with the manipulation.
---
The princess of the class, Harin: A total psychopath that we hate but at the same time we feel sorry for her, she is the pyramid game and the one who gets the special place in A. We know that she is totally wrong when she started bullying Woori just because she accidentally stepped on her foot, then starts the pyramid game and her revenge against Jaeun;  May she always be F and suffer bullying without receiving help from anyone just like her when they were children.
---
Acting: Almost the majority of the cast are new actresses and that surprised me, in addition to the fact that Seulki and Daah debuted with this drama.
Now Daah deserves to win rookie of the year, she didn't need so many dialogues since just with looking at her eyes she conveyed everything and her eye twitch was incredible, amazing actress.

Boring and slow

If you want something short and simple to see, you need to watch this.
---
I really don't have much to say, it was the typical love story of best friends, you know: one of the two has had that one-sided love for a long time, the other doesn't even notice it, a bit of complications and both accept their feelings and a happy ending.
---
I wasn't sure about Park Hyung-sik and Han So-hee's chemistry but it was cute, not the best but I've seen worse.
---
Something that I really loved was the cinematography and the ost that was 10/10 It really was the highlight of this drama.

Yes, his daughter became a nugget

Aliens for 200 years who have been searching for their machines, a scientist cucu and his nephew who is also cucu, a father who is looking for answers after his daughter turned into a nugget for getting into one of those machines and her father's worker who is in love with his daughter = Chicken Nugget
---
I really don't have that much to say, you just don't have to take this drama so seriously, it's just a comedy drama (Ridiculous, but entertaining) Not every year they release this type of random dramas

The story had potential, but they wasted it so bad

Park Ji Hoon acting was what carried the whole drama, Hong Yeji really needs to improve her expressions, she's not that bad but sometimes she couldn't feel the emotions her character should feel.
---
FL wanted revenge for the death of her family killing the king but the funny thing here is that never happened, Sayo Joong literally went ahead and killed the stupid king so what we would see later would basically be a story without any sense, since episode 6 everything became BORING There wasn't really a plot, they just caused problems and more problems to fill those 16 episodes.
---
Ak Hee >>> Sayo Hyun
I'm sorry but the whole rivality and drama of them fighting in what was like the mind of Sayo hyun was weird, we all know Ak Hee was so much better than Sayo Hyun since the star

My favorite 2022 kdrama

First, this drama has the vibes of 2016 dramas and that makes me love it even more.

I highly recommend this drama if you are a fan of romantic comedies + mystery, I really enjoyed the 16 chapters wanting to know what would happen and if our leads would have their happy ending ( yes happy ending )
---
A magician who sees ghosts and uses them to do his shows + a police officer who for reasons of fate end up joining forces and working together with the ghosts to solve crimes and on the way discover that they share a past thousands of years ago
---
1. The story in general started very well; comedy, fantasy, enemies to lovers and later past lives and the episodes are very well written and they know how to balance all genres well without seeming boring or forced.
---
2. The character dynamics was good;
1. Cha Woong and his ghost workers, all his scenes are so funny and that last one was really touching and seeing how he considered them his family was so cute
2. Ok Seul Hae and Cha Woong's first meeting was a bit random but I really liked it, from there we have a good enemies to lovers + start working together + friends = Romance, basically the best trope
---
3. Park Hae Jin and Jin Ki Joo did an amazing job, their acting is always good and their chemistry felt so natural
---
4. "A freak show" the best ost of the drama, for weeks I couldn't get it out of my head

Wasted potential

Plot:
At first I was liking it a lot, it seems like it would be a nice story about friendship, romance and self-improvement... But when it was known what happened years ago between Tae Yang and Jun Young it felt so dramatic, everyone started acting like they had 15 years??? When they were supposed to be 25 years old, that was annoying.
---
Couples / Chemistry:
I'm not going to lie, the two couples had excellent chemistry.

The second couple deserved more time screen, was the best thing that could happen in this drama, from their chemistry, how their story unfolded, their cute moments, and how they overcame everything and managed to be happy.

The main couple had chemistry and it was nice to see how ML always supported and was there for FL but there came a point where it was stressful, her crying, him consoling her and that vicious circle LIKE STOP
---
Acting:
Okay, I'm not really complaining about the acting, Ju hyun and Jong Hyeop really made me cry in their emotional scenes and as dramatic as the central problem of the plot was, you could feel their pain and want everything to be fixed at once.
---
Ost:
It seems like meh dramas have the best ost, I'm a fan of the intro song >>>
