Oh I don’t mind angst in a drama, on the contrary, I love it especially in historical dramas. But I‘d prefer to see TJC in a ML centric drama instead of FL centric drama. But at the end of the day the most important thing is that it’s well written, well executed and that it’s a character that allows him to pull out all his aces.

I saw it on the Tencent 2025 trailer too. Why would they put it on the trailer if they have no intention to air this?

It would be good for him to take a short break and get some rest. Maybe his drama starts filming a bit later this year. Or maybe his movie still takes time filming?
Anyway I‘m curious to see what the drama will be about and what kind of ML role he will be playing. Hopefully it’s a good script and well executed!
About another collaboration with Tong Hua, as long as it’s well written and the ML doesn’t again get tortured so much. What are your thoughts on another possible collaboration?

The subway scene… In Lmlmv it was a typical very romantic scene with deep glances, here it’s „subway scene deconstructed“ ❤️ I love both!

I‘m actually quite content they don’t drop more episodes every day. It’s way better to watch it slowly with attention to the details and dialogues ❤️
