Nope. I think the tag used is incorrect. One of the characters is the ace of the team, may be that's why they put it unknowingly.

The emblem used by the Nazis' was a black swastika rotated 45 degrees on a white circle on a red background. So the way Youngjae wore it might resemble that a bit, but I think that orientation has more to do with the position of the piercing on his ear (I have a piercing in the same location on my ear and swastika studs, so can confirm) and not intentional.
