Honestly I think Zee wants to be done with BL and only continues at all because of NuNew. He wants to make sure that the kid fully launches as a Tpop star and possibly in musical comedy., athough Diva La Vie doesn't appeal to me at all. I hate rap.

BTS?? I watched all the BTS after each episode. They don't show the NC scenes at all in these clips. Not sure what you're talking about.

Just FYI, TNP has a 9.8 rating on IQIYI. So in other words a really high rating among people who actually watched the series. 🙂

I'm not going to write everybody who wrote the same thing as you did. But my point stands. There is not a concerted effort to drive up the rating on this drama on MDL. There would be little incentive to do so given that it was the number one drama on IQIYI and in 15 countries for the 14 weeks that it ran.

Anyway I take exception to the idea that anybody who liked this series is some kind of Zeenunew zealot.

Nah. I rated it high because I thought it was a really good drama. If you look at my profile, I’ve seen a lot of dramas, a good number of them BLs. If you didn’t like it, fair enough, but don’t make assumptions about people who liked it.

I never saw Wednesday. It's not that I get scared easy it's that it's not my niche.

Oh and PS the guy who plays Wenai is Thai American. I'm pretty sure he's fluent in English. I'm not sure which one you were talking about.

I'm 72. Not sure how that's relevant. I'm not interested in getting into an argument here but watching pirated shows is the same thing as stealing. That's my last comment on the subject.

I only ever watch anything on Dailymotion if it is not possible for me to get a paid subscription to whatever streaming service it's running on without the use of VPN.

I believe in paying actors and production companies for their work, and pirating makes it less likely that you'll see quality entertainment.

I have an Apple TV box and if I access shows on the Dailymotion app there are never are any advertisements. Just FYI.

I have no problem with people hating a series, or not loving everything about it. But I've never seen what's happened on the TNP page before. Seemed like a concerted effort to drive down the rating without giving any critical review as to why they thought the series was bad.

And in the end this is just a discussion group anyway and what is said in these groups will never have any impact on the popularity of any show.

I personally would never do this, and I always give critical pointed critiques.

When I finish watching this series I will do the same. I'm not as engrossed in what I've seen so far but that could change.

I think it's a good enough series to keep watching it which is what I plan to do. But if I hated it and couldn't bear watching another episode I would just rate it poorly and that would be it. I wouldn't come back week after week to tell people how much I hate it. I really wonder about some people's mental health.

I'm a big fan of time travel as a plot device which is what's keeping me watching it.

I liked TNP. TBH I've been having a hard time getting through Reset. I put episode one on pause multiple times and took me 5 hours to finally finish it. And right now I am halfway through episode two which is taking me a couple of hours stopping and starting. But episode 2 has been significantly better so far.

I don't think it's possible for me to binge this show. But I will watch it to the end and I'll reserve my opinion until I have, unlike all the TNP haters who felt the need to scream how much they hated it every week without ever telling us why.

The series is very different than the book. I've written a lot of book versus series posts. Some spoilers but when the series was all but over I didn't do that.

In a nutshell most of the main characters were much more evil in the book than the series except for Charan, Khanin, Chana, Ava , Paytai and Chakri (who weren't evil in the book or the series), and maybe Ramil. He was abusive but only because he was the victim of abuse.

I've only watched the first episode but if Pharit and Ren were the other two guys drinking champagne with him, they never took a sip out of those glasses.

And FWIW, Peterpan went to college in New Zealand so he's probably relatively proficient with English.

I'm going to do a rewatch but not till I'm done reading the first half of the book.

It does? As far as I’m aware, they haven’t even started filming this. Before the end of the year Zee and NuNew have two concerts together and NuNew has a couple more DreamCatcher concerts. Plus Aof announced another possible short Zeenunew series. Zee is already having trouble keeping up and his health is taking a beating.
