Am I the only one who can't put it in currently watching
I had to search for it. All seven episodes are watchable but if I stop and want to watch again I'll have to search for it again. Maybe they will fix this by tomorrow because it isn't Halloween here yet in the US.
I'm not a zombie fan so I'm probably not going to watch the whole thing but I was curious.
Edit. In the last 5 minutes they've added the option to put it on my list and it works. But there's no mention of it on the front page of Netflix. If you weren't looking for it you're not going to find it.

I just finished my second viewing of TNP and liked it even more than the first time if that was possible. Just won another award for best picture of the year. Someone must have pissed in the corn flakes of everybody here.

There are a few comments to posts from just a couple of days ago. But once a series is over conversation tends to dwindle. I've probably written almost as much about this series as contained in the book over the 12 weeks that it ran. Plus I wrote many many long posts comparing the book and the series. So at this point I'm pretty much out of things to say unless someone new has questions. I still check this page every few days or so.
I'm one of the people who loved this series and I'm actually doing a second watching right now. I'm on episode 2.

In the series, if they move back yeah it would take that long. Also they were separated for longer by the time Charan moved to London. In the book Khanin wasn't getting a master's degree, so he had no ties to London besides his friends.

They don't give an exact time frame but I reread the chapters and it wasn't all that long.
The book ends with Charan coming back to England to stay with Khanin. That is only a week after Khanin moved to the UK.
Special Chapter 1
Mostly a sex scene. But we do find out where "good boy" and "please" came from. This occurs one day after Charan's arrival.
Special Chapter 2
A week later Charan and Khanin go to breakfast in London and to a shop afterwards for some chocolate. They run into Khanin's ex-girlfriend (who didn't exist in the series). Charan gets jealous, drops to one knee right there and proposes. The ring is a diamond not a pearl.
Special Chapter 3
This is when the wedding takes place. They don't tell you exactly how long it is after the proposal but I don't think very long. Tharin flies in. Both he and Thatdanai walk Khanin down the aisle.
Vedish is best man. Chana married them. Chakri, Eva, Ramil, Paytai were there. Khanin gives Charan paint brushes for a wedding present (but no mention of them being used during sex). Charan gives Khanin the deed to a house in Emmaly They have sex in a fancy hotel, more good boy.
Chapter 4
Occurs one month after the wedding. They have moved permanently to Emmaly. Thatdanai has also moved back into a nearby house.
They have a housewarming party with all of the main characters in attendance. This is where you find the final resolution to Ramil/Paytai, Calvin/Jay, Ava/Mira, the first two of which weren't nearly as fleshed out as in the series.
The book ends with Charan leading Khanin to a special library room in their new house with every portrait he's ever painted of Khanin. Points out how the pictures differed as his feelings grew, and the last thing they do is get together to paint a picture of their future. The book ends with a couple of paragraphs about how they were destined to be together across the skies.
My guess is that from Charan's arrival in London to the wedding was a few weeks to a month. And from there to the end of the book another month for a total of 2 months max for the special chapters.

Nah. It was the time travel plot that didn't make any sense. There were all these incongruent scenes. I'm never watching it again so it doesn't really matter to me.

They were supposed to be international students but some of them didn't have accents like Samantha. In the book Paul was supposed to be from London but obviously in the series he was not.
The only one that was confounding to me was Khanin because he was supposed to be a native English speaker having been brought to the UK when he was still a baby.
But NuNew didn't go to an international school as a kid and his English is barely conversational although his accent is pretty clear even if he speaks with a Thai accent.
It's probably not worth it to him to spend enough time on English to lose the accent although working on his fluency would help him a lot.

I have Daily Motion on my Apple TV so if I really wanted to watch it I could do it there. No commercials on my app.

I liked it so much I'm just starting on a second watching. I always pick up tidbits I didn't catch the first time around when I rewatch a series.

I don't know of a single Asian TV show or movie that has been up for a major award, even those awards which a foreign film would be eligible.
