I've seen a lot of BL dramas already, and I've noticed sometimes the actors look kind of awkward with one another, especially during kiss scenes or just general interactions. But in this drama, the chemistry is super good! I can totally feel that they like each other, and that KISS SCENE omg <3

Yes! I've noticed that Japanese dramas tend to have lower ratings on MDL! Even the best Japanese dramas only have around 8.5-8.6ish. I consider anything 8.0/8.1+ for Japanese dramas to be really good!
I loved this drama a lot more than I expected. The acting is phenomenal and it was so heart wrenching to see the leads keep trying to make everything work despite all the adversities that they faced. I understand how this was controversial when he was 15, but their relationship became more official when he was 18 and then they were officially together 5 years later when he was 23. When he turned 23, I believe that they definitely deserve a happy ending after waiting for each other for so long.
That is such a close minded and homophobic statement. I understand not prefering to watch LGTBQ+ movies or dramas but saying “spreading gayness isn’t enjoyable” is such a homophobic statement. Please refrain from making such rude comments.
