and by the way, the term "in post-production" means that the drama was already filmed but was not produced yet and not yet released

Hou Ming Hao has never been rumoured to be in that drama, the title was never even mentioned by any of his Chinese fans on weibo that he would be involved in any way ..... so FAKE rumour, hell knows where from
you copy random stuff, not even the slighest interest about the actor and his works from your side.... you've never watched any of his dramas, what do you know about him, really??

English subtitles are now available for the whole drama on YouTube. It took me a month to complete this project…
from my location I can view the Summer's Desire playlist (i mean i can see the entire list) and I can watch all other videos on YoYo channel but for this playlist videos are not available, maybe it's on YoYo's side and only temporarily not available (??), like they need to renew the licence or something...

Wu Xie wants to trust Xiao Ge with all his heart against facts put in front of his eyes and those things he learns of Xiao Ge (whether this is truth or not, he cannot know at that time) - this is how TLT1 ends when his uncle accuses Xiao Ge of having swapped the silk manuscript in the tombs, and Wu Xie brings it up again in TLT2 when confronting Xiao Ge in the underwater tomb, he doesn't trust Xiao Ge even later discussing the events with the uncle and Pang Zi

The lost tomb 2 just completely reset itself from the first one.
With this, you've got a point there, but one must face it:
TLT after season 1 got ditched (for whatever reasons) and picked up by different people years later with their own vision in mind.

About current situation with TLT3 I'm really confused, because others here claimed a while ago that it was in production, the main role was announced (year ago), and quote from below "Huang Jun Jie is confirmed as ZQL ". Now on TLT2 page they say sth different - main role unknown, ZQL not confirmed yet, and they spread further rumours....
In such a chaos and a mess how can anybody worry about a remake here? The season needs actors in the first place. But not my worry, because I'm not planning on watching it (unless it has miraculously HMH back as WX)

the quotes are inaccurate, I'm not familiar with the legend & characters, and google translator tricks with names and descriptions (translates "Tang Seng" as "Tang Yin" or "Tang Yan" for example) so i'm not sure about the king/ruler but I guess it's our female protagonist (as the land 女儿国 is ruled by women)

The question is whether the drama will get released.
I haven't lost hope because Tencent still has it on their page, and it says 2019:

it depends on each individual's expectations....
the scripwriting and directing for TLT1 was so poor that I prayed for sth different and I'm glad the screenwriters of TLT2 were clever enough to make it their own way and show us the story from a new perspective
and by retelling things they reached out to a wider audience - they make it possible to watch for those viewers who missed S1, smart of them, especially that unlike TLT1 (which was neutral towards the cast), TLT2 with its trivias/hints/allusions related to HMH is clearly targeted at his fanbase which is relatively a new & young one and not necessarily interested in going back to season 1

huh??Wu Xie and Pang Zi is my favourite "couple" :))))))) (I love them together)
I liked the character of Fatty in TLT1 too, but there wasn't so close interaction or enough chemistry between him and Wu Xie. Liu Tian Zuo played very well with his distinctive style in portraying the role, so I wasn't convinced by Zhang Bo Yu in episode 1 . But deeper into the drama, I think Zhang Bo Yu is unequalled and created a great duo with Hou Ming Hao.
