I make my decision upon that criterion too, I don't watch Chinese dramas that are fully dubbed (made only 2 exeptions I think)
I got tricked by some, though: - Intense Love which has perfect dubbing (thought it was the leads'own dubbing) - Cambrian Period which basically is an undubbed drama, turns out the main actor's character that I'd always believed to be dubbed by himself was dubbed by a voice-actor - the same one who dubbed Ding Yu Xi in Intense Love (also the perfect dubbing)

Besides, the voices here are in perfect sync with the actors' lips so there shouldn't be any doubts.
Although, typically for many Chinese dramas, the voices after recording were processed and modified in post-production so they don't quite sound like natural voices (which may give a false impression that this is dubbing) I tried to compare the ML's voice with BTS videos/interviews, it seems like his voice in the drama has some bass and echo added (probably to make it sound deeper and more manly).
