Following drama logic, i would say you are 100% right.

My first thought was that she would push him away for the same reasons you mentioned, like "his feelings are not really his"... guilt toward the dead friend..etc.. like as it was my first drama and I believed they would be just lovey dovey lol. I'm sure it's the dead friend's heart and he was trying to protect her, SML looks way too suspicious. I guess I just wanted more romance before the unavoidable drama.

Was the heart transplant necessary? (and we know who is the donor...) The guy doesn't even have a scar!

I like Jun Ji Hyun, horror and zombies and thought it was ok, not that great, not that bad, not scary, a few interesting things but I was expecting more. I still recommend it if you like the genre.

Even if I think a wheelchair was better here (and faster) (an appendicitis is an emergency) the real issue is not that he's walking or not, it's they are walking - on the sand -on a beach- anybody knows how difficult it is, like walking in the snow, and it's even worse for someone in pain, maybe it was a shortcut... but I think it was just for the dramatic effect and doesn't have much sense in reality. In reality the shortcut would be paved ;)

I meant, there should be a path for stretchers and wheelchairs, walking with the patient on beach sand is nonsense.

The helipad was built for emergencies, why the patient had to walk on the beach to access it? It's so ridiculous.

It's his personality and the reason why he was sent in that town/village. He hits first and thinks after. He's driven by his emotions and messed up more than once. Actually he shouldn't work on that case because family is involved but in fiction...I prefer the character of the journalist.

The detective is annoying. Way too emotional for that job.

It let me with so many questions. Who vanished? Only the grim reaper or the Joon and the Grim reaper? Why fake Leo still remember him? Would that grim reaper had ran away without 444? What happened to everybody else? Anyway, I still liked it

ML and FL work together to catch the doctor/murderer. The doctor understood she was a ghost helping ML and that she was tied to the phone. (his old phone he used to film his victims) so he burns the phone to get rid of her and to see the ML suffer (his kink, the doctor kills ppl because he likes seeing their love ones suffer. Many ghosts they helped were killed by him and the nurse). FL woke up at the hospital, ML and FL are reunited and set a trap for the doctor, they arrest him after he tried to kill her at the hospital. Happy Ending. They continue helping ghosts, FL returned to her detective job but only him keeps seeing ghosts.
