a lot of ppl hate this ep, and i’m not defending the author bcs apparently she’s weird, but i really liked the episode. it was well acted. i feel more than ever how much cc and wsw love each other and the lengths they would go for one another, especially wsw. i don’t see wsw as helpless or dumbed down like some have suggested, nor do i think the jail arc is dragging. i think if it were wrapped up too quickly it’d be anticlimactic tbh. the only thing i would change is more screen time for cc. i would have liked to see chengyu’s visiting him in prison

the author was so right about not reading the novel 😭 the more of it i read the less i like the characters and the more i think cc and wsw should just break up forever lmao. it’s hard not transferring those feelings to the show characters. i’ll need to rewatch the series to cleanse my mind.you’d think i would have learned my lesson. i’ve done this like 2x 😭

their sexual tension is so good i can barely focus on what’s going on 😭😭
