It's an exasperatingly frustrating ride but it's the type of drama that keeps you captivating solely on how terrible it is (in a moral way). I've seen all the episodes and I can tell you the 17 hours went by very fast. It's the type of drama that makes you incredibly mad, but the anger keeps you watching it.
I love it but it's a makjang so it's up to you if you like the genre or not :)
It's not a makjang. Makjangs are daily/weekend airing soap operas that go on for ~100 (or more) eps. But it has similar elements as Makjangs. Although nowadays people misuse the term a lot. But in Korean contexts, they never refer to dramas that are 16-20 episodes as "makjang" no matter how exaggerated they are.
HA... This drama is no way on the same level as bleach
It's better. Bleach is a farce. Esp the final arc with Sternritter. The only good thing about Bleach was the Arrancar arc and even then the show was hilarious. Aizen going "I caused y'all to gain powers" to Yhwach going "I plotted everything from you turning into Soul Reaper to Aizen's rise" dialogues were the highlight of how funny that series was.
No. For one, it'd be illegal. Somun's a high school student, possibly 16-17. Hana's a full fledged adult, possibly 20+. Secondly, it's an OCN action drama, they rarely have romance.
Am I the only one that feels sorry for Ji Chung Shin? I kind of want him to have a happy ending. Obviously he…
Probably yes. The reason he got possessed was he had the intent to kill in the first place. So he was messed up in the head before the spirit possessed him.
I don't have much of a good feeling about this. It might hinder/change the plot of S1 drastically. Not sure what…
There are more ways than that to make S2 happen though. They could introduce new antagonists as well and diverge from the webtoon (I've not read the webtoon,so IDK how it goes) by consulting the webtoon artist.
for some reason i couldn't care for any character in this drama and had to drop it at the 8th ep although i liked…
Same. I finished it and couldn't find myself to care about any character or the writing. The performances were good. Everything else felt flat. The writing felt very eh, the gore was eh too. I expected so much more.
A really good laidback show. It's in the same veins as Into the Ring, Diary of a Prosecutor etc. Very nice chemistry between the ensemble, smart, sophisticated writing and lots of repartee. Just my kind of show.
AiB is in my Netflix watchlist as well. I was thinking of watching it soon.
