Yeah, i didn't like how we got this info, tho, with Taemin trauma-dumping on a already very stressed Hyoshim whom…
I wouldn't call it trauma dumping. He was trying to connect with her and giving her a "if it makes you feel better" type of perspective. IMO he was trying to say that everyone struggles and have baggage and the best they can do is dust it off and try to look forward. I'm p sure there was no malicious intent behind it.
I absolutely hate Tae Min’s mother and that shrill screechy scream she uses as her voice. I have to mute her…
I actually find her character funny as hell for some reason. Like she's always so angry and frustrated lmaoo it's funny to watch people who are chronically pissed off.
I didn't know the actor who played the uncle passed away. Rest in peace!
Honestly I feel really sad about the uncle after Taemin shone some light on his background. The grandfather was abusive toward him and the grandmother did nothing to defend him. So now he's mentally unstable and prolly has immense PTSD. And the wife with her constant complaints and criticism isn't helping it either. Someone send that man to therapy pls.
I think the writer wrote this show to portray how money ruins everything and is the main root of all chaos and discord tbh 'cause atp every single argument we've seen on this show has been about money LOL
Suzy is gorgeous here but her character is such a crappy person LOL I don't think she even loved the ML genuinely. The ML deserves better.
I kinda am sad that this drama is a melodrama with a bittersweet ending. I mean they two leads had some actual chemistry and the premise itself was so good. I wanted to see their romance blossom and wanted to see them have an HEA.
Omfg it just hit me. Park Gyu Young is the same actress who played the coworker of Won Jinah's character in JBL…
She has a completely diff vibe now like she's more charismatic and her acting has improved greatly. If not for your comment, I never would've realised this lmaooo
I read the webtoon about a year ago, so i guess that's why i have more warm feelings for it? I love Cha Eunwoo…
Omfg it just hit me. Park Gyu Young is the same actress who played the coworker of Won Jinah's character in JBL and she was also in Day6's MV wtf how did i not realise that until now.
Writer has smartly spend 4 weeks on just introduction which is effectively 6 weeks.. This is how you earn your…
The exposition is done really well so far. I hope we'll see more of the ML's family being fleshed out though, like what's happening to the uncle and why Taehee ran away and all.
2nd MLs are often not deuteragonists. Deuteragonists are the 2nd most imp character to the story, In many Kdramas that's someone else or are completely absent (esp in romcoms).
Giving us like 1min of Hyo Do and Taehee interaction every episode feels like a crime. I WANT MORE. I want to watch them more than the main leads for some reasons.
Ratings went from 14,3 on saturday to 16,8% on sunday. So that is a steady upward trend that hopefully continues…
This is better written than the whole of TRHC and that drama somehow even achieved 20%+. Hopefully this drama will achieve ratings similar to the pre-TRHC dramas.
Top 9 is chef's kiss because that's prolly my list of top 9 most overrated kdramas as well. lmao like most of them are not even bad dramas, but people make them out to be better than they are. BoF and CLOY esp. Watching them feels like watching a Bollywood movie.
