Unpopular opinion but Se Kyeong IS SO ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING. I literally cannot stand her as the show progresses.…
She's a flawed character. You're not meant to go "Omg i love this girl" when you see her, you're supposed to empathise with her character through her backstory and understand her actions and why she's doing what she's doing. It's a suicidal girl who has had an abusive upbringing. If you can't empathise with that then IDK what you're expecting.
Yes he is the ML. Moon Ji Hoo's character becomes the cheating a**hole.
Ty <3 I'll start this then! Many makjang have scarred me by showing 1 actor as the ML in teaser and posters but turning them villainous in the story so I'm extra careful watching these shows nowadays lol
Someone pls tell me if Yoon Sun Woo's the ML or not pls I wanna watch this for him but I cant be arsed if they turn him into a villainous cheating asshole.
I'm only midway through and I really adore the characters on this show, especially Eungyeol and Cheongah. Ryeoun's nailing this role so well you can't help but love him. The mum-son duo are so precious, they're like angels lol
I didn't like this drama much but I still finished it because Park Hee Soon is such a daddy in this. Oh I want him so bad, till the room stinks, till the walls crack.
Yeah, i didn't like how we got this info, tho, with Taemin trauma-dumping on a already very stressed Hyoshim whom…
I agree, if they had compounded upon the background in those contexts, it'd have been definitely better. But I personally didn't think him sharing that with her was anything bad so I didn't mind it much.
Excellent point about the PTSD - the writer is doing a good job of explaining history/back-story of the main characters…
Yes ofc it's the greed (which is a sin) that's the main problem.
This might be farfetched and I'm prolly reading into this too much but I feel like there's some parallelism between Hyosin's elder brother's family and the Taemin's parents and grandparents. Both family clearly showed (Or shows in case of the former) toward one of the children while neglecting and taking the other child for granted. And both families have very toxic dynamics, if the SIL doesn't rectify her ways it might created trauma and estrangement in that family as well.
