Every week, new pics & sometimes bts will be shared. If you follow fans on twit, you can see them easilly. And some fansites disclosed hq BTS (only xz/wb), but can be seen only if you follow them (now deleted though).

I've been searching for a year and haven't found one xD There are really good c-novels but I can't compare it to TU, as the feelings of a live action is on another level for me.
Yeah, the hype is fiercer for Immortality, more well-kown actors and It was the first BL to shoot this year (around April) so the fans of the genre (bromance/BL) have tagged since the start and got a lot of content. While Sha po lang (that I personnaly prefer) has nothing, no photos, no videos (steal) :/ I think that kind of stuff contribute to the hype.
It's ok to share your experience about the drama, good or not but some people shouldn't assume because they don't like something, the other party loves it for garbage reasons. As we, fans, should accept the ones disliking the drama, they should also accept that people adore the drama for many relevant reasons :) To conclude, speak for yourself not for others and if you're uncertain about something, you still can ask the community, we don't bite xD Maybe they'arent haters but behave like one.
I did not find anything similar in the drama land yet. But if you are fine with 3D animation, I would recommend…
It's actually a very decent watch, out on sunday with eng subs :) There other donghua in preparation as HOB, PUBG, SVSS and the 3rd season of MDZS...We're so blessed xD And to answer, I don't know any drama that are similar, but there are lots of similar manhua /novels if you like to read
