Due to who the mains are in this series, this one might have a chance of pulling through. But I'm just gonna go ahead and say TriCreation probably isn't interested in dramas anymore. Possibly due to lack of sponsors.
None of their social media for any of their series or their main one show any hint at working towards My Engineer, Bitter Sweet, or anything else. It's all about events, fan-meets, and photoshoots. Nothing else.
If I understand correctly, I believe all that are still signed on with Tricreation are Cooper, Poy, and Shane. Which if fine if all they and the studio care about is promotion. But they should just go ahead and announce that the series are cancelled. Or hand over the rights to a studio who will actually do something with them.

I was holding out hope for the longest. What with Inntouch still having the stay tuned pinned to the top of his twitter and there being several other sporadic posts last year by My Engineer socials and the original author.

Reported to have been scheduled to start filming in October. But the lack of further news since suggests otherwise.

same. i am honestly surprised that gmmtv is still pushing them as a couple. set them free!
They're really not pushing their couple as much as they used to, or as much as other couples. But I think they're trying to bring back the veteran BL fans. Still to this day a lot of people love to talk on social media about their presence as cameos in other dramas and in Safe House etc. And people have been begging for TayNew's return as a couple for a while now.
It would appear that this and the related GL series have been cancelled. They never met their announced air date. Never posted a recasting. And the official socials of the series and production company have all became inactive or no longer exist.
From their youtube community posts: "With the newest member of My Story cast, Hiro Shimoji. Along with our producer from Thailand Mr. Kampol Thongchai. Shooting starts January 2023."
Not all line-up shows wind up airing. The trailers they show are all pilot trailers just meant to test the waters…
I feel like like Never Let Me Go would be late December or in January (but definitely early on in 2023 since they are a part of Our Skyy 2). I don't know how many days of filming they have alotted, but they just did Q15 on the 19th.
But yea, My School President and 10 Years Ticket have been confirmed for December. Same with Project Alpha (but that's reality, not drama).
Be My Favorite is probably 2023 because of the recasting delays. They just started filming on November 19th.

Ah, I didn't know about that announcement. I knew a few other GMMTV 2022 shows finally got their dates, but didn't hear about these 3. Yea, I would imagine that they mightve shortened the number of episodes for each in order to make it. But I guess we'll see when we get more official updates.
Yea, if it weren't for the amount of delays (which I mentioned as well), they might've been able to make it - even though it was ambitious, it wasn't impossible.

It currently looks like William Chen and Zhang Yixing have been either confirmed or in talks. While Zhao Liying looks like she might get recasted (rumors suggest Chen Qiaoen, but it's not confirmed):

The leads recently spoke about the experience of filming a deep underwater scene in an interview.
