Not all line-up shows wind up airing. The trailers they show are all pilot trailers just meant to test the waters for interest and sponsors (which is why not all released dramas have lined up to them after airing). So not all will be deemed successful or appropriate enough to air. But given the current lack of cancellation announcements (like they did for Military of Love a couple of years ago), I would say this is probably still planned - just not for 2022 (because of the lack of filming updates). Someone said below that actors confirmed it for 2023 during an interview as well.

The 2022 line up for GMMTV was super ambitious. And had a number of delays.

They do indeed have the script at least mostly ready, and are now filming.

The difference is that this is a movie. Movies always tend to be delayed in international releases. But we can always hope. 🤞

I don't think so. I've watched quite a few Japanese GL movies and omnibus stories and haven't came across such an ending. And it would be in particularly bad taste considering their BLs don't do that.

I like it. It’s a good pair with some good chemistry and moments. Got annoyed by the manipulative side characters, but overall enjoyed it.

Ive watched a number of vietnamese BLs and I would consider that one to be towards the top of my list of recs.

This reminds of the Vietnamese BL “Want To See You” from O2 Productions. Similar premise and one of the mains’ personality.

Most of the negative feedback, drops, etc. were stated in the comment section to be about pacing and being boring. And a few because it wasn't what they thought it would be based on the description and trailer.

But this actually a pretty good rating for a BL on here.

Where did you watch that translation? I definitely think that wording is better than what a lot of us saw. But still the vast majority of us understood what was being said - some people just thought the script was being insensitive (thus the comment under my review). So i was a bit surprised to see a handful of people confused about what he was saying, despite being aware of intersexuality.

It was said somewhere back when the second season got green-lit that a third season was green-lit as well (couldnt find it again when I went to go look for it after the second season). Plus one of the actors from the second couple said on his social media last year or so that a script was in the works.

Seems that way (the actor). So since this seems spoiler-y, I'll probably just leave it as it is right now until I know more when watching.

I'm all for nicknames. Me and my drama buddies have our own for every drama we watch. The nicknames we had in History 3 Trapped were hilarious.
