- Together With Me: It's basically a soap opera. And each installment to this franchise has plot holes bc of different writers. But it was one of the first ones. And the 2 main actors have a lot chemistry.

- Second Chance: Quite middle-of-the-road for me. Nothing notably positive or negative. But eh, it's there. And there are definitely fans of it. So it might be worth a shot.

- Tonhon Chonlatee: The ending was rushed. And I didn't like the love interest. But there are a lot of good things about this series.

Personally, I don't think MODC is a good title to compare it to. This is significantly slower in pace and more subtle than MODC. The tropes and character types are also really different.

I just cant stop rewatching episode 9. Such a gorgeous and powerful episode. And you can feel that this where the plot is about to pick-up. Im in awe. Anyone else?

For real, it seemed like the main point of that initial confrontation on the ramp was to confirm her suspicions, rather than to understand.

Like i get that she's upset. Wen Wen was a very close friend that theyve never been able to move on from - made even worse by the lack of closure when Wen Wen left. But Amber's reactions were not only obvious that she was dead-on, but also that it's a very sensitive subject. There were much better ways to go about it. Especially when Amber started trying to evade. But at the same time, i guess that approach did fit the personality she has shown us this far.

But she did seem to be much more sensitive and understanding and patient when Amber actually went into his story.

I mean, while i have heard of the british being mean to foreigners and immigrants - thats not the reason theyre being mean here.

I follow a few intersex people on social media, and people are not kind. At all. Both cis and trans. And the hate seems to be from all kinds of countries - but especially western ones, and western colonized ones. The US is by far not the only judgmental country that looks down on people they perceive as different, unnatural, or minority.

Yes. The actors are great. Romantic chemistry is on point. It doesnt linger too long on subplots. And we're seeing new types of characters and representation. The OST is gorgeous as well.

Its pretty slow-paced though, and climaxes/conflicts arent as high energy as other dramas. So if that's not quite your thing, I'd hold off until its finished airing.

You can't forget the "yuck" in the book. Very important detail hon. XD

Considering the "you asked for it" - I'm leaning more towards victim. Perhaps someone who is mean to everyone (considering the d*ckhead and etc)? But I guess it could be a manwhore situation who finally got exposed or something (like in the US movie John Tucker Must Die).

Seriously! The textbook graffiti reminded me of elementary school students thinking he has cooties or doesnt shower often or something. And the locker felt like it belonged to someone getting bullied for being sexually assaulted and reporting it.

Like so many people fuss about accents when speaking English (which doesnt bother me at all), or bizarre out-of-context English use on t-shirts and stuff (which I just find hilarious, but understand because we do the exact same thing)- this takes the cake for me. Bullying notes that don't at all line up with the bullying. It just, it took away the scene's seriousness for me.

There were so many ways to show he was being bullied without letting us actually read the notes and stuff if they didn't know what to put.

Blurring the notes. Showing him being upset over letters. Stuff being in his locker. Genitalia drawings. Snickering. Throwing stuff at him. Unclear writing all over his desk.

For real! I was like "am i missing something?!" Like they really seem to have just looked up english insults and threw them up there. And the drawings too! It was just so bizarre that i had to keep coming back to make sure i was seeing things right.

Could you maybe change the title of your review to not be as spoiler-esque? Even if people decide to skip reading the review itself bc of the spoiler warning, that title is still a dead giveaway and gets just as much attention as the warning bc its in bold.

Like even the most basic "freak" wouldve been more accurate than "sl*t" and "d*ckhead." And the "you asked for it" sounded like something someone would say about an assault victim.

I know that his flashback story was serious, but the sticky note and textbook insults totally threw me out of the story. Like yes, they were insults. But they were the incorrect insults for what those bullies would have said. And some of them were downright elementary level, which they were not.

Like i dont normally get bothered by english use in international content, but that just particularly threw me for a loop.

Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome probably. One of the intersex conditions.

Or Klinefelter syndrome. Another intersex condition. But i dont think this one would be labelled as an inherited condition...

Wow, i know i listed intersex as one of my theories, but i didnt actually think that they'd go that route! I havent seen it in any other dramas before.
