Filming has started for one of the included projects (Dinosaur Love). It's likely that this page will be split into 4 pages (because it looks like there are 4 titles going into this overarching project). Kinda giving Star and Sky and En of Love vibes in that regard. So keep that in mind with future searching.
Yo!Yo!Whats up ppl?A question. Is this the same as this title https://mydramalist.com/746745-be-mine-more-more…
Not the same. It's a connected story based around a different novel from the same author. It's part of the same larger project though and will be connected to each other in the dramas (by focusing on different couples).
I know it's early. I do. But this might just be my in the running for my favorite airing drama right now.
The vibes are immaculate. It doesn't feel like your standard Chinese drama at all. And I will be checking youtube and shazam on the regular - because the second the whole soundtrack is made available, it is gonna be played on a loop for DAYS.
Despite the tears that I know will come later, this drama just feels so warm and sweet. And I love both of the leads: the reserved ML who works with his hands (salon, woodcarving, gardening) and the legitimately smart FL who just wants to escape and express herself.
And I love a good wingman! He's so fun and lovable.
Plus the leads aren't playing coy! They know exactly what is blooming between them and aren't shy about it.
Overall it gives off the same vibe as some of the more serious/sentimental Japanese dramas or 90s American films. I feel right at home with it.
Mame-verse connection: Connected to "Test Love" by Mame (which does not have a drama adaptation). As such, Mame will probably change how this adaptation is connected (as she did for LITA which was not originally connected to DSN).
Honestly I watched the "normal" trailer not the "poetic" one and there is no age gap on screen. I don't understand…
I'm wondering if it's an intercultural misunderstanding. The original language synopses for this drama all say "middle-aged," and some Asian countries consider middle-aged to actually be earlier than the 40s, unlike the west. I wonder if China is among them.
