I doubt it. Watching it and 'loving' it are 2 different things. And how many of those viewing hours can be explained by the default auto-play setting on Netflix? You only have to click on a title, it starts playing after a few seconds without even pressing 'play' (TV version), then runs through half the episodes. It's all BS, those Netflix viewing hours.

Agree, it's why I keep Netflix. In a way I feel grateful to them for being the first big distributor of the best stuff from around the world, a smart move when you consider how the US arts scene is self-imploding.

I have another pointless observation since the episode just coasted today... I often notice when an upstanding, straightforward male character has piercing holes in his ears - it doesn't sit right (even more so in sageuk dramas). I was pleased to note that Rowoon has no such holes - good man 👍

It was an odd episode

I reached 2 episodes of Song of the Bandits. I might put it on hold. It turned into a cartoon version of Kill Bill with a bit of Kil Bok-soon added. I got thrown to the side, suddenly got disconnected.

I see what you mean, i forgot/ignored that. I hope that wasn't the intention tbh, it ruins endings and makes no difference to any future plans. I'm no fan of seasons, continuity gets lost, characters change personality just to fit whatever narrative, writing becomes without purpose - just designed to dope the viewers... I've spent too many years watching US crap TV where you feel like you're wasting your life. These days even good US content makes me puke, I can't watch it.
