And it's like this with most dramas that have adaptations. That's why I don't like to read the novel beforehand hand. I truly believe that it spoils your enjoyment of the drama somehow and instead of focusing on enjoying the drama when it airs,you have a few people who will keep commenting "but in the book this and the 3rd happened" 😅😅😅.
Even her last favorite work of mine, ABAY, I didn't read the book and I'm glad that I didn't.
I like to be pleasantly surprised and not have any preconceived notions about what might happen but I understand that others prefer to know beforehand. To each their own 🤷🤷🤷

But that's how it was in these times though. Although it is reprehensible... historically that kind of behavior was accurate. Personally I wouldn't mind if it is depicted like that. Maybe because I love history and I like to learn how things were back then. I understand why people would be repulsed by it. I don't like it either but that's truly how it was in these times...during the Ming dynasty and some other dynasties.

Is Seven 's character really poor in the drama ( at the beginning) ? I've not read the novel because I kind of don't want a spoiler. I'm only asking because based on the outfits I see so far (it looks like it). I'm just curious.

May Kim Saeron gets a modicum of justice 🙏🙏🙏. This man should NOT easily resume his activities like he didn't contribute to her demise.

Thankfully the focus is not on the romance but on the plight of women during these times and her growth so romance doesn't really matter here. Im fact it'll be almost non existent even. You can even tell when you look at the poster and the premise of the drama.

I'm sure it'll definitely be better than brocade Odyssey. As far as for kill me and Love me goes, I didn't watch it so I don't know what the main issues people had with it .

This drama has a great team and 2 great actors so I think that it'll do and be received well.
