Not a fan of her per se but I have been following her since she did a theater play with Kim Yoo Jung who is my fave and they are actually friends in real life. I watched " Im not a robot" (which I still remember because of that one kiss and the leads chemistry; seriously 1 of the best kisses in kdramaland) and I started her drama with Shinee Minho when it aired back then but I dropped it because of the storyline.
From what I have seen of her over the years, she is a good actress who just needed that 1 drama to blow up and I think that this is the one.

She will blow up even more in the summer when her movie with Lee Min ho, Jisoo, AHS, Nana.....get released.

Good for her and deserved :)

I didnt even like the drama this much even prior to episode 12 BS propaganda (for other reasons like plot holes and other things ) but some people should direct their hate towards the production team and the scriptwriting instead of the actors who worked so hard for this drama and were only doing their jobs.

2 different dramas .

When the phone rings lowest ratings were 5.5 %.

I expected at the very least 5% with all these big names and all the money they invested into this. The other SBS drama that premiered roughly at the same time with this had over 5 % for their 1st episode.

3.3% ratings nationwide for the 1st episode.

Anyways, their kissing scenes were the best part of the last episode lol

It is unfortunate because the leads have 1 of the best chemistry I have seen in a while. I loved the fact that Soobin worked so hard to learn not only korean sign language but also in english and apparently there is a major difference (between both according to her interviews). Major kudos to her. This alone would get my rating of this drama very high before episode 12.

I ignored all the plot holes and the ridiculousness " Makdjang-ness " of it all but I cant stand propaganda.
The actors are not to blame. They are only acting according to the script.

Mr Kang remains my favorite character of the whole drama.

It is just shame on MBC and the whole production team for that propaganda mess at the last episode.

Idk what the scriptwriters were thinking. I didnt read the webtoon but apparently this wasnt even there so they just added it just because. So unnecessary and vile, Way to ruin a drama smh.

I wonder if MBC is going to give them a reward vacation 🤔🤔🤔 like I see some of these other TV channels do after the success of a drama and a CP.

I have to give props to Soobin. She sure knows how to kiss. I still remember her kiss in "Im not a robot" (one of the best kdrama kisses I have ever seen). That's literally the main reason I still remember that drama LOL; the leads chemistry and their skinship.
She once again had great chemistry with her ML in this drama.

I am glad to see her finally "blow up" and have a big HIT drama on her hands. It was overdue. She is talented.

And her next release is with Lee Min ho AHS, Jisoo, NANA......just a stack of popular actors.
