I totally respect any male actor who is willing to kiss properly with another guy and without looks of disgust like some other popular but amateurish GMMTV actors.

theres too many BLs for me to catch up now and also judging from the reviews from other experienced BL watchers here, I think it's okay for me to drop this.

In front of their lunch? MEOW! I want to see all of them again! So funny! Tontae you deserve your own series too! You are hilarious in your smut scenes and I applaud all the actors here for the bravery and commitment to these scenes! Not many BL actors are willing to go all the way so I am very delighted to see all the actors here being professional!

For some reason (probably too many BL series dropping) this series fell off my gaydar so it's okay to watch this film version than the series?

I haven’t got to watch the trailer for this series nor Vice Versa (because there were some reports of a rift between one of the more well-known leads then and so I got turned off by all the online dramas too, but I might watch that series next year if I have time) so I’m jumping into Jimmy and Sea with my fresh eyes.
I know why this series is promising because it’s a P’Aof direction and it clearly shows on these two leads. I am invested in this story because it actually took its time to develop these characters organically. I like their acting very much! Kind of have a film vibe to their acting. The acting here in this series based on ONE episode is solid! I’m delighted to see more of these two leads! There is no weird head bopping acting to worry about here. I felt their emotional struggles very well! GMMTV, I will be watching this one!

I give this Ep 1 a solid 9/10! 👀

This was an easy watch and I'm watching because of the leads' chemistry. I hope to see them again in another project. I really like their acting! They really gave us many romantic scenes and thats all I expect from my BL actors. You know, to kiss convincing without disgusting lame kissing like some other BL actors. The mother really have no class to slap another person. But I love that in the end this couple fought for love and that's what matters. I also really love the OST of this series! Such a beautiful song!

Meen and Ping's acting have improved so much!!!
Their eye acting is simply so sensual and sweet!!!

The stupid Wahl better sort out what he wants from his BFF.

I truly enjoyed the romance and gaming friendship of the leads and it's very natural and organically romantic. Thiu is such a gangster oppa so sexy the way he settles his business!

I can't believe this is over!
I love both couples here and to me they are all leads!
Their characters are so Crazy Handsome Rich in their character development.
I really experienced and felt each of their Dangerous Romance and their struggles to overcome various Hidden Agendas and unbind all forms of Chains of Heart their characters faced.

Once again the only thing I don't like is the OST by the female singer. I really hope they will use male singers in future to convey emotional scenes between guys, because this female singer's high shrill voice always takes me out of those intimate scenes. It does not match the visuals onscreen emotionally.
In fact I have to mute my tv whenever her song comes!
But I do appreciate there was a male version of the love theme song later on but please take note of this for future Taiwanese BL series.

I hope to see this cast again in another project.
I really love their commitment to the intimate NC scenes.
One of the better BLs coming out of Taiwan lately!
Keep producing this kind of quality Taiwanese BL productions!

The writing here is not on par with the acting here. I love their intimate scenes and they do have very strong chemistry! They wasted these actors here with this kind of nonsensical plot. I hope to see them in another quality emotional series! They really have very good chemistry!

Well I survived this series and this wasn't one of the worst BLs especially I had seen much worser performance from big company like GMMTV this year recently, where even one of the leads won't want to kiss properly and clearly shows his discomfort and distain. Yes there was no real chemistry but at least in the NC scenes they were fully committed. I respect it when they go all the way in their roles. I think when you sign up to do a BL, it's a prerequisite to kiss properly and sensually, so these actors here delivered on that part and also the comedic scenes!

I also really don't understand what was Venus' issue with Sky. Sky is such a great person who only has limited time for himself to rest, much less for friends and loved ones, as Doctors are always busy with work anyway. So I was kinda turned off by Venus silly tantrums at Sky. He should had appreciated Sky earlier too. The attitude that Venus gave Sky is kind of toxic and ungrateful to say the least!

The story is really paper thin but I can see actors like Tontae, Aungpao and Tod trying their best to put in their effort so I do appreciate that at least the kissing, intimate and emotional scenes here was good too. I especially like Tontae and Aungpao's performances. They truly deserved their own lead projects too. Please somebody give these two a lead dramatic series!

How quickly Miko forgave Charlie for violating his privacy, which is a crime in itself.
Guess they really wanna normalise this behavior? There’s no consequences for his behavior except him deleting his channel which is pointless anyway. After this week’s episode I’m dropping this because this doesn’t make sense. There could be better situations like Charlie asking Miko how to get started in plants and then they can develop their friendship organically. Bianca is annoying af. The father is just useless in his parenting.
I just wish they should just focus on Chem and Miko’s business partner relationship. Now that’s a couple I want to watch! They looked more compatible together!

I’m enjoying the first two episodes! There’s definitely chemistry with Meen and Ping! I love their cute interactions. Enjoyed the gamers new found friendships. I’m kinda looking forward to the next episode! Adorable series something light and fun to watch! Throw in a gangster theme too? Interesting!!!

This series broke my heart and may just be one of my top BL series of all time! I can’t wait for season 2! I wanna know more of sexy daddy tanned Commander Yai! I hope we don’t wait too long for it! 10/10 for me!

This started really good and I actually was looking so forward to the new episodes but then it just went south and the acting was inconsistent. There is a lovely love song too and pleasing visuals. Supporting casts were outstanding and love their vibes when they are chatting about life and stuff at the school bench.
Leads’ Chemistry went downhill with each new episode and we all saw the distain and disgust from one of the leads.
Reminded me of those clips floating online of “2 Moons(OG version)” where God was giving those disgust looks after kissing Bas!
If one party is not comfortable in same sex intimacy maybe shouldn't be in this series at all!
Look, I tried to overlook it as I’m a fan of Perth and even his efforts also can’t salvage this.
That’s why I know that they better not be a BL Couple anymore and just stay as ‘Only Friends’.
The GL couple's story wasn't properly flashed out too and was added in I guess for 'diversity'? The windmill metaphor got lost on me too in the end.
It’s not bad acting but I expect more from this batch of GMMTV actors because they are more experienced and all. This is not the worst BL from GMMTV this year for sure.
Perhaps it’s the script or the directing.
Overall a 6.5/10 for me thanks to Perth’s and the supporting casts’ performances.

This is the Best BL of the year on my list and one of the Best BL of all time! I wept and sobbed and my heart is so full! I want more and can't wait for the special EP! I hope there is a season 2! There's so much story to be told! Commander Yai I want to know more about your story! 10/10!

I have this queued up for weeks to watch and based on the reviews here I can trust that it is okay to drop this series! This looks a like complicated watch for me and I have no mood for this kind of series at this time. Thank you to everyone for your honest unbiased opinions!

I’m sad at the end of ep 12! why?! my heart is so torn! Aidi and ChenYi are so beautiful together too! I really love the love theme song sung by a male which elevates their characters’ emotions further more! That is what I needed too for last week’s love scene with ZeRui and ZongYi! They should had use the same song for that scene too. Love theme song is very important to the characters and I’m glad this week’s love scene is beautifully accompanied by this guy’s song. And this week’s cameo?! so nice to see these BL characters popping up here and there! omg that school girl is sus af!
