James can see when people lie i assume and that is by seeing a colour.In episode 2 he saw Ping's colour to be red + Tee's colour to be greenish but also rainbow and In episode 3 i guess he said Tangme's colour is pink and the welcome party scene at the bar and he couldn't read Ken until the very end of episode 4 and he sees green and leaves petrified as he saw the exact same green aura when he lost his father. I'm confused if the half brother's story is going to be cut off - his jealousy and incestuous twisted obsession. Which if happened would lowkey break the plot. The Mc and The ML met through this half brother and the reason why they Ml was full of hate and indecisiveness was because of him and was the reason for the funds stealing too. But in the trailer the subtitles say - this is yok my classmate. So how would the plot work without sinkholes if the half brother character's story itself is entirely erased?
Checked out the novel and omg😵💫. It's insanely toxic and full of black flags i don't know how much of it is going to get toned down. There's a love triangle and R.pe - the other Ml and The half brother of Ing. 💀
