I tried, I really did. I got up to ep10 and decided it was enough. I liked the plot, it seems to be quite interesting and original, but I could no longer take the amount of deception in this series.
Literally every episode, it's lies upon lies upon more lies, when will it ever end? I for one dislike liars, and unfortunately MC is exactly that. I don't mind when characters 'lie' out of cunningness or slyness for some kind of scheme, but MC really made lying his whole personality, which makes sense seeing his character as a thief.
I like the other MC, he fights for justice in his own way in this corrupted world. But I can't take another who knows how many episodes of complete and utter lies. I haven't gotten there yet, but one day MC's heavy net of lies will crush him
I love the series overall, the bromance, the superb art, just everything. But one thing I thought could've done better is the whole big reveal, to me it felt like it was a bit sudden and a bit rushed. There were no hints or foreshadowing to the mastermind at all, or if there was i was dumb enough to not notice, it was like everything was suddenly revealed in the last few eps.
I hate it when they have good bromance but they force romamce into it. I actually started a few eps and remembered I had watched it a long time ago. I wanted to give it another chance but a few things put me off: that girl annoys me, being strong doesn't mean you can be an arrofant prick, and MC looks perpetually expressionless
