I started off liking them quite a lot, but started losing interesting since the second half. I managed to force myself to finish watching the series, but it really fell flat mostly because the plot lacks excitement. Their relationship is supposed to be the plot, but nothing much happens.
I was looking for some kind of character development, and I found none. Nhai remained to be a spoiled child, and Ai remains to be the only one who can tolerate him as he is. Their dynamic's pretty fixed since the very first episode, which made quite a boring end.
That little interlude with Ai's mum was just annoying and unnecessary for me, especially since it was that very moment when I started disliking Ai. I was really shocked and disappointed when Ai decided to stand by a total stranger's side and accuse his adoptive dad, who's been lovingly raising him all these years along with his biological dad. Like wtf Ai, I thought u were smart??
I saw lots of comments saying ChenShi was annoying, honestly a bit shocked? I'm currently at ep8 so can't say much about whether that's true for the later eps, but so far he's just been a slightly idiotic bestfriend, who's surprisingly smart at times. He does go Bing ye a lot, but like why would he not, LiBing's literally the only one he knows and can rely on, and the same goes for LiBing cuz CS's the only one who knows his secret
Purely a masterpiece, but there were a few things I didn't quite understand and wish they clarified: 1. Who exactly was MH's senior? Some kind of godly existence? 2. What exactly was that 2 day gape when MH came back to existence? 3. If this is a 'game', is that MH's new reality? Or is there still a chance that he may be ejected back to the 'real world'? 4. How did YW not even question anything when he learned of the 'author's pen' and its power, and the fact that his world is actually a game. 5. Who is KH's foreign boyfriend????
First episode and I'm already so interested!! The premise is just amazing, I love a good transmigration story, and i can feel that this is gonna be a good one!
I'm sorry, the first episode kinda got me pissed at his dumbass. Why the hell would you just trust a random elevator stranger to teach you a language, and why the hell did he just jump to the amazing conclusion that his phone was stolen?? Boy please use ur coconut TT

Yeah i was just confused about so many thinfs, but i do agree it was nice to watch something with an actual plot that's not related to BL purely. But then again, the plot wasn't nicely done at all
