Final scene in the movie theater had me blubbering like a damn fool.

One of the first things I felt at the beginning of this drama was that one of the new recruit firefighters was going to die….but why DaPeng???? I’m sad!

@Polina Egorova - wondering the same thing. Was all set to peep at Rain but didn’t see him.

A fun feel good show. I laughed, I cried and said awwww too many times to count.

Deeply hate the toxic mother. Was screaming at the screen when I watched ep32. My husband laughed and said “it’s only a drama”…..I threw a pillow at him!

#1. This started out weak for me.
#2. Didn’t think Ahn Bo Hyun was a good casting decision.
#3. The story line wasn’t interesting.

This all crumbled as I watched it. Loved this drama more and more with each episode . Ahn Bo Hyun definitely grew on me and realized he was a perfect choice for Seo Ha. The story line was unique, interesting and unusual.

And don’t think I’ve ever seen an ending that is set up perfect for a 2nd season. Nothing was left open but it still left me wanting more. Would love to see Ji Eun fall in love with Seo Ha in this life, and would love to see Do Yoon smile more and finally be happy. Definitely going to search our seams with Shin Hye Sun - she’s a phenomenal actress.

And the OST is right up there as one of the best!!! Have already added several songs on my playlist.

Overall - a solid 9.5.

Also, I held off starting this till just 3 days and watched 4 episodes a day. I hate watching series that are ongoing and then waiting several days for the next episode! Going to try to hold off more often.

FWIW - it took me forever to watch Goblin because I don’t care for fantasy but this drama is much more than fantasy. I have learned not to pay much attention to the genre and give all dramas a chance. It’s usually paid off.

I wouldn’t call it a happy ending - he left for a while - maybe like a year? There was a lot of controversary and conflict about their relationship so he sort of removed himself until it cooled down. They did end up together on the end but it ended about 5 mins later. Would have loved to see them together longer.

It is a beautiful love story.

Haven't started this yet - wanted to wait till it's finished but I'm on a really long like flight tomorrow and thought I'd start it to help pass the time while in the air. Hope it's good.

FWIW.....this genre is not usually my cup of tea - it took me forever to watch Goblin cause the whole fantasy thing just wasn't interesting.....holy crap was I wrong!

THE HOTTEST KISS IN KDRAMA HISTORY! I will lie through my teeth if you ask me how many times I’ve re-watched it cause it’s embarassing to admit.

“Do I have permission?” This echoed in my head too many times yesterday and then woke up hearing it again this today.

The woman who adopted Meng Qin (aka - the bitch), is probably the worst character I’ve ever seen in a kdrama. I really feel sorry for Meng Qin - emotional and psychological abuse is often times worse than physical abuse. I wondered in the beginning why Song Yan was so against a reconciliation but reading comments below about all the things he went thru from Ming Qin’s mom, I’m not surprised he’s not willing to get back with her and subject himself to more hurt.

Starting tomorrow I’m totally off the grid for 2 weeks so by the time I’m back I’ll have so much to catch up on. Every time a new drama comes on that I know I’m going to love, I tell myself I’m going to hold back and start the series after it’s finishing airing…..wish I would have waited on this one. Even though with this drama we get several episodes a week, it’s still difficult.

One thing that this drama has going for it is that all the men have some serious brows 😂😂

I hope when they get back together the FL’s character is not as depressed and is happy.

Writers, actors, directors - make note….this is how it’s done. Perfection all the way. Loved the chemistry between the ML’s!

Also…..Any time I see Vin Zhang, I immediately think of the first kiss scene in Here We Meet Again.

I've almost dropped this so many times and then get sucked right back in. I want to punch most of the side characters in the throat, especially Se Jin.....don't think I've hated a character so much as her. But the 2 mains are just so adorable together I want to see them happy at the end.

Have lost count of the times I've said "this is sooooo good"
