Can I jump in here and say yeeeees! I mean, the first 6 minutes of that show was so much! Shows don't make me cry, but that one had me clutching my pearls like, "damn! We really starting off like this?"

And mind you, this was one of my first BL! So imagine the shock!

I have a feeling that this show won't start off like Uwma, but I am preparing for a lot of angst too.

Also, if you noticed, the team that translated Uwma on Viki named themselves Starting off with a bang or something like that, and... yeah, I am still trying to find them and give them a piece of my mind because THAT WAS NOT CALLED FOR!!! 😂

I like that analogy. it’s all messed up all around. I just wish he wouldn’t force the same on his kids. I never understood how someone can let their kids suffer the same way they did.And yeah, he will DEFINITELY let him do what he wants. Even if he didn’t love him more then the other two, Naphit probably will never produce offspring akin to his brothers’ status.

I know right? if we just let everyone live their lives and realize that kids may come from the parents but the kids’ lives are not for them to own and things like this wouldn’t happen. the father could have just stayed with the woman he loved, but nope, family duty to produce pure alphas came first. he couldn’t let the woman he loved go though and in comes this poor baby who is forced to live with brothers after her death who may never see him as equal just because of his status and being the mistress’s son and now he can only act out like he does. it’s truly sad.

it doesn’t excuse his behavior but to be in this situation really sucks. I really hope his omega can help him though it and in the end they can have a happy ending.

i see your point. i usually am the same way wanting more build up but maybe because i read the novel and knew it wpuld happen quickly i dont mind it as much.

this is on par with the novel and it’s an omagavers story. These stories are all mostly about uncontrollable animal instincts and that scent of Phatsa is so intoxicating Nakhun has, of course, no control over himself at first. So it makes sense in this case that Nakhun bits him as soon as they meet. what I would say though is I wanted a little bit more of an reaction from Phatsa. I think he should have tried to fight Nakhun back a little.

while I like this take , I say we wait and see if they explain why he doesn’t know. I was confused by this too, but I remembered that Thai bl dramas tend to not give or explain all the details right away. So maybe there is a reason why he doesn’t know.

I would say it needs some volume a bit but other then that, yeah, all in!
