It bothers me that Ai is depicted like a child but at the same time used to sayisfy sexual desires. The robot noises probably serve a purpose but they are quite annoying cause I keep thinking aren't other people hearing this? the side characters in their uniforms with tropey forgettable moments are meant to add humor, it doesn't land for me. at all. i don't see anything romantic in the show and we are over halfway through. i love for Gen to have a hype girl helping her stick to her art. but that's about all i agree with. don't get me started on Irene taking Ai's agency at her own convenience. the show makes me uncomfortable. the mom part played out so lackluster. this could have been great with tighter writing and awareness for the grey areas this subject matter occupies
