I thought they all inherently had those powers. But as a side effect it takes a huge toll on their bodies. The drugs alleviate the symptoms.

They really tried way too hard for the special effects/action sequences... not horrible but not as great as the first movie.

Also, why is everyone in the movie suddenly way more powerful than depicted in the first? Makes it seem as tho Goo Ja Yun is so much weaker than she supposedly actually is.

Is the younger sister really more powerful than the older one?
