I didn't realise that the intro was silent so I cranked up my sound to max bc i thought something was wrong. Nearly died due an ill timed notification 😅
I thought five min episodes were bad but TWO MINUTES!!!?! What, is the intro going to be 10 seconds??
120 min is fine, but how can you differentiate 2 min segments into episodes? It seems rushed to me - from someone who thinks 5 min eps are already too rushed.
Somebody please explain the meaning of the title to me LMAOThis is the only meaning I can decipher so far - they…
Maybe its a suger sweet and fluffy series where they feed us viewers lots of "dog food"
I understand it in terms of slang from chinese novels / dramas.
U-hei from reddit explains it well "Guys who are 'forever alone' are cruelly called '单身狗 ' (single dogs) in chinese slang. Therefore couples who force them to 'eat dog food' is basically doing PDA in front of them."
Thank you for such a thoughtful article. It's really important to address issues like this in dramas because they can influence our attitudes and beliefs. For example if from a young age a person sees that consent is not necessary or a character pursuing an uninterested love interest, it can add to their own attitudes towards sex, relationships and romance.
Omg yes The Rice Pot Next Door would be amazing as a drama!! I've reread it 3 times. It's one of my main default rereads when I'm in a book/drama rut or I need to chill out..

It is very much appreciated!
