I LOVED Woo Soo Ji & how she didn't take any nonsense - > I cheered at this part as well : "Why do I feel like you're rationalizing yourself and romanticizing your possessiveness as love?"

I'm even more upset. I mean I haven't even watched DOTS yet :(
I'm going to try and keep myself occupied with actually finishing my currently watching list before my holidays end

How is Shopping King Louie?? That's also one drama that's been forever on my PTW list :3
I liked the role reversal of the typical kdrama cliche of the rich chaebol heir and poor girl. In SKL, Louis is totally dependent on Koh Bok Shil initially and even later on she still remains independent. It had alot of clichés but it wasn't melodramatic. They maintained the balance of fluff with the actors sincere acting . The characters really grew on you and you saw how much they genuinely cared for each other irrespective of their circumstances. So thats why it's one of my go to pick-me-up dramas

It's very 2000's so the Korean version is a lot more modern. Personally I prefer the Korean version's ending more (it's more fluffy) but I like how in the Taiwanese version Chen Xin Yi became more assertive and made Ji Cun Xi really work for her forgiveness. They don't just kiss and make up. Also I feel it's alot funnier than the remake - for example when she finds out that she's pregnant in the beginning and at the end Chen Xin Yi literally kicks Ji Cun Xi down a hill in a barrel

#4 when watching my first Drama. I was so naive and watched the OG Fated To Love You ( 2008 Taiwanese version), without knowing what was coming my way. The emotional havok it wreaked on my poor unsuspecting Western crime series watching self ( Think only CSI, NCIS, Bones, Criminal minds etc). I truly was not ready and it took me almost a month to pluck up the courage to carry on after episode 12.

Yay! You've covered two of my favorite actors: Lee Joon Gi AND Seo In Guk. Seo In Guk is so good, I mean bad boy in The Smile Has Left Your Eyes vs fluffy bby in Shopping King Louie (*´▽`*)

This is so ironic as Fated to love you (2009 Taiwanese version) WAS the very first Drama I ever watched.... It took me almost a month to recover emotionally

I also liked in While you were sleeping, the role reversal when Nam Hong Joo lets Jung Jae Chan fall asleep on her shoulder while they're riding the bus and even blocks out the sun from his eyes o(≧∇≦o)
