I don't really get what you're saying but Peanut is a mixed blood type having both Enigma and Alpha blood. If we talk about it considering the biology behind it then Peanut is most probably an S-TIER ALPHA like Sheng Shao-you because Alpha blood type is more frequent blood type and Enigma blood type is a rare blood type but again question arises here because even though ALPHA blood type is dominant in that world still ENIGMA blood type is even more high class blood type and dominant over ALPHA. So again, Peanut can be an ENIGMA too. Though I don't think there are any records that can clear this confusion. Omegaverse biology beats Human biology. Very complex.

DHY for many reasons seemed really smart to me. Better than his brother tbh. Even though he always gave into his brother's decisions still he always warned him about things he shouldn't do. He also knew his brother was twisted af for going to such lengths to chase romance still he always followed his brother like a loyal dog, respected him no matter what and never found the situation funny. He worried about DZA's health on top of anything and tried his best to find cure for his brother's condition. Though I don't know if it was all a facade or not.
If he takes the throne after DZA I feel like he will surely make a great ruler. He's patient and calm in political matters. Won't rush anything. Knows the limit.
