I could really find nothing about Zhao Kuang Yin's love life but I think he married 3 different woman. He's a man of honour. He established the "Song Dynasty" and also popularly k/a "EMPEROR TAIZU OF SONG ". All his story is about him conquering things and making people helplessly and willingly accept him as their Emperor.
He came out a brilliant man but was also probably k*lled by his own brother Zhao Kuang Yi. Now, i think Duan Huai Yi might have done something to Duan Zi Ang too.

I couldn't really find any relation b/w Li Congjia and Zhao Kuang Yin.

It felt like nobody really cared about homosexuality long back in the days. It was a normal thing. Nobody seemed homophobic to me in this one. People knew about DZA and SH and they didn't really care. SQ, DHY, SS, HY, the Ji Bei Crown Prince, also probably the Prime minister of Nan Hui and the former chief of Red shadow guard.
