i haven't read the novel, and i don't know if the drama will deviate from the novel, but ms fang is giving "i'm-actually-your-mom-that's-why-i-was-being-harsh-on-you"…
Really? I find her very suspicious. Nor sure what she's up to but suspicious
For a moment there I thought Deng Yi would make it to the end.
Also, just to support the comment below saying ZYR was more of a guest role than ML. The most disappointing part, honestly. He wasn't involved in any of the plotting. His character was very sidelined
Watching this is so hard. I feel bad for both of them, but most of all Lu Xi Xiao. He's the most innocent and clueless one. I just wanna give him a hug
After she'd already determined he was guilty (had lied to her) and taken a step back. She didn't ask. More like expected the explanation to come tumbling out as she accused him
I think people forget to rate after watching it...or I don't know what grudge does MDL have against Ren Jialun...no…
I get what you mean by not wanting a flat finish on your car or a gloss finish on your wall, but the thing is Allen Ren always picks scripts that are a "wall" (if that makes sense), in which case the flat finish fits perfectly. The worst you can say is that he typecast himself since he keeps picking similar roles, but IMO his acting fits his characters and script choices.
LJW is a good actor. He's just really bad at picking scripts to the point where I'm sceptical. Anyway will trust…
So true. I'd have expected him to get better scripts after AOS, but somehow his earlier scripts are better. When he wasn't doing major roles. The last role of his I enjoyed was in Death's Game. He should definitely stay away from romance for a while, especially modern romance.
You know, I love me some Allen Ren. Drama is good so far. Good pacing. Interesting. So far, FL isn't bad. But…
She only lost memories of the events that happened and the people she met since Ep 1 (after encountering Lu Huai). Anything else before that, she didn't forget.
