Raiana, I like your review and feel the SAME way. 🩵 I did the exact same thing as you, too... I started the drama last year and then wasn't in the mood to continue. Then, when I went back to finish it, all the links had disappeared. So, I finally watched it today. I had to start over actually because I'd forgotten what happened. You are so right, the clothes were so pretty and well-fitting. Plus, Yan Zixian has a regal body - stuff flows off him like royalty. Haha. I like his mini-series dramas in the historical dynasty settings. And I agree, he always kisses amazingly. I rated this 7☆ as well, but I didn't really enjoy the overall story like I'd hoped. I understood the FL was scared of getting hurt again, but her grudge lasted a long time without her actually telling the ML why, and that frustrated me. But, that's vertical-C-drama land, right?! So I get it, haha. But, yes, I 1000% agree with you, I did really feel brokenhearted for the ML when he finally realized his stupidity in "saving face". VERY good emotional scenes. And of course, I loooved 💗 that snuggly, cute, soft, orange kitty 😺!
Ugh, what in the hell was this crap?! I just watched this on YouTube and didn't bother finding it on MDL because ...its Yang Yubin and Lin Zirong. How could it be bad, right?! Oh man, I can't believe I'm writing this, but it just really sucked! Your review is spot on ✔️. I regret not coming here first and reading it and people's comments.
My Tiny Review, copy/paste: This drama was really stupid. I’m surprised these popular leads were in it, but also ...even the acting was not good - or the writing was too bad to act out properly. And as far as romance, the leads are both too meek toward each other, definitely lacking assertiveness. It just didn’t fit with the narrative of the FL being reborn and wanting to manhandle her new life. The leads were friendly to each other but showed no chemistry except for their one drugged intimate scene. It also bummed me out that the FL slept with the ML because she felt bad for him instead of out of true longing. And oh my gosh, the 4 brothers are INCREDIBLY annoying and complete idiots. Its like they all shared one low-IQ brain. My favorite part of the whole thing was grandpa. I rated this 4.5☆.

JWells, this is a shot WAAAY out of left field, but... I'm trying to find a drama where the ML is proudly wearing a cute fuzzy bunny pin on his suit that his fiancé/wife gave him. I keep thinking its this comic drama one because I wrote a timestamp for 02:55. My link expired and my search turns up nothing. Does that scenario sound familiar to you? Haha, that's funny. I do something similar with those coin apps. For the ones that don't expire the check-in coins, I set an alarm on my phone to check-in every day at a certain time. I can usually watch 1-3 dramas that way, but it does take forever to save up. ;) And if the coin-app happens to have a bunch of verticals that I can't find on iQIYI or Tencent, I'll just buy VIP for a week and binge like crazy. 😄

Hmmm, that is really tough for me to say! It might be almost equal 😬. But... I think this one (Chinese version) has slightly better chemistry. The ML is more respectful. I loved the sleepy scene.
