No matter his sins he has helped Bailu a lot in her career so he can't be dismissed, just hope he does go on helping her.

I sometimes think with dramas less hype is better so no expectations but I expect him to say lots to hype this when it drops just gotta close an eye!

For me more that not a lot is known about it plot wise. And the way he boasted about it initially was kind of off-putting. Can't recall details but he claimed it was better than some popular kdrama (forgotten the name).

Also Bailu usually selects based on the script etc but she wouldn't have a choice in this one, so it's kind of hard to tell.

Anyway all speculation and guesswork and low expectations from me so I hope that means I get a pleasant surprise (I love the leads anyway!).

Maybe it will be out in 2026? I actually thought it would be later. MM was on the early side for me, i thought it took over a year with some Xianxia dramas but maybe they have improved the efficiency of the process.

Where are you seeing that? I'm less hopeful about this as Yu Zheng is the producer so doubt Bailu had a choice in its script but I do love both the leads, been wanting their pairing for ages!

Yup but I guess it depends on what scripts she gets as well, hope she isn't being type cast - in that only certain good scripts for costume come by - particularly as she just looks stunning in costume.

So Fuling meets CZ as he is dragging Bai Shuo away and I am still unclear why she was chatting him up about him coming to see her dance - did she detect he was an Eternal, was she flirting him as a guy? The way they passed each other suggested something more, like she really took notice of him for some reason but I can't fathom why.
