so I just got done watching this for the second time which is why I’m making a review. it’s RARE for me to finished a series (August 2024) and rewatch it so soon again (October 2024) that just doesn’t happen for me.

did this production have its problems? yes. was there some plot holes? yes. did some of the casting (the prince ) make me wanna pull my hair out? also yes. but despite all of that this story pulled me in. it was interesting in ways I was not used to and it had me rooting for the MCs. and come on, their dimples are adorable. yes both, becaeunthey both have them.

I think they have great chemistry and I’d love to see them in other things. I’m really excited to see what other boundaries this production company will push while making some of these Chinese adaptations without the censorship
