I don't know if it's my problem or what, because I don't sense sizzling chemistry between the leads (took quite a number of influenza pills, so I'm a bit of sleepy). Anyway, I've been waiting for this show to come, so I have to push forward, whether it will be better or turn into a jeopardy mess.

Thank goodness, I don't want TEF to crash with other dramas. I might go insane if three dramas air at one time (if you count Eat Run Love and Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Love in Pavilion in) 😭😭

I've seen a lot of bad reviews in A River Runs Through It. Is the show that bad?

From my perspective, this show can be a hit or miss, given the first installment's rating and also people's wariness of Fox Spirit Matchmaker series (after all, all the 3 installments are iQIYI's best trump cards to turn the tide in platform wars). Regardless of the outcome, I'll be watching this for Liu Shishi, Zhai Xiaowen, Ryan Ding, and many more.

Don't worry about that. In the novel, she dates two men (one at New York and the other at China) and even gave birth to two sons. However, she breaks up with the first guy and divorces the second guy. Nope, she won't be chasing the ML, you're lucky lol.

A lot of plot holes and hypocritical leads. It just makes my blood boiling hard lol.

The more I read the novel, the more I want it to be released right now. I'M SO HOOKED UP!!!

I'm currently watching Rattan and I love Vin Zhang and Jing Tian's onscreen chemistry. I hope they are reunited once more for this project. And the novel writer is the one who writes Rattan too.

I have been re-reading the novel from time to time and I can feel the main CP's chemistry. I particularly love their first encounter and breakup arc. Hoping it will be a good show and maybe a hit if possible ✌️✌️
