If we compare, LYF opening douban rating is 7.6 with around 170k voters, Legend of Anle 5.6 rating with less voters.. MLC opening douban was 8.0 with 230k voters and now reach 8.1 with 400k voter...

Also, douban is not the only way to present popularity.. So even though rating is low, doesn't means they were not popular, just one of the way how majority ppl judge the drama..

Maybe because in the whole drama fdb never called llh as xiaohua... but in the novel, fdb called him xiaohua.. so they cut that part for consistency.. but well, we all wish they really include it.. huhu
