I really liked this show. It was sad and disturbing but also exciting at the same time.

Same, can't wait to see the story of the Naphitch/Sangneua although I primarily watch for Boat and Oat.

ratings here can be pretty misleading, just 2 episodes are out and so far I really like it. Read cdrama fanatic comment above I agree 💯 and then judge for yourself

I personally loved this series although it felt little dragged towards the end. Dialogue was well written, acting was awesome and story may trigger some but for me it's understandable part of life so I didn't mind it.

Best currently airing and one of the best bl series in 2026 for me. Two actors have amazing chemistry between them too and the story is engaging and well executed with nuanced characters.

I agree. As someone who first watched UWMA and then this. Story of the second couple is told there, here is in bits and totally confusing. Here you can just focus on the main couple story. I liked their dynamic ( all other side couples scenes I fast forwarded) I didn't enjoyed UWMA much but I enjoyed main couple dynamic here.

I dropped DBTE at episode 5. LJ annoyed me so much and there were more interesting series airing at that time so I completely forgot about it.

Same. I just finished UWMA and started this. Seeing so many same scenes I already saw and flashbacks I don't need that. I hope I will enjoy this one better because I loved this couple there

I appreciate the story and acting but it felt dragged and repetitive with all those flashbacks and 17 episodes are way too much. Also, I understand his reasons but "crybaby male lead" tag is true. I believe he cried in every single episode and instead emphaty for me it invoked annoyance sometimes, sorry.

Also, I agree to most critiques for the series but for me it's still enjoyable watch. Problem is probably me loving Boat/Oat chemistry on screen and thus tolerating all MFlow sloppy writing and questionable decision making.
Atp it's episode 7 so people watching know what to expect from this. I don't think it will improve or change direction much.

If you watched My stubborn special episodes I think the room with football player t-shirts on the wall appeared in Knot too. 😭
I just love Boat and Oat on screen too but I hope next script will be better
