Kim Min-jae: the next best actor!
Kim Min-jae is a mixture of humour, innocence, versatility, wonderment, and sex appeal. As a matter of fact he is oozing with extraordinary charm, sexy voice and cute dimple. There is nothing at all about him that is unlikable. Producers and directors should pay more attention to this actor. He really did a good job in this series. I am excited to see him in the role of a CEO with very strong personality. In ‘Do You Like Brahms?’, although he was talented, his family background made him an underdog. This drama series marked his versatility as an actor. But having said that, his kissing skill is not ‘first rate’ yet. How about pairing him with Kim Yoo-jung in a CEO role? Was this review helpful to you?
If It's from Wallace Chung It Must Be Good!
I would watch every drama series if WC is the main male protagonist. I like his simplicity in acting, his mysterious smile when looking at the woman he loves, his beguiling smiling eyes when intending to fool someone. Other actors would go over the top, use all energy in expressing emotions but with WC, a simple glance or smile would say it all. I would say his face value may not equal to the handsomest of all but his charm that appeals to the audience is undeniable. This is why in this specific drama series where he is portraying a cold-blooded General and a facial expression is vital, he is the best actor to be casted. The story itself is good, not unique but at least not boring. I don't like ST as the female lead but WTH, WC is there so I've going for it.Was this review helpful to you?
Poor Title
This drama is unexpectedly interesting. I din't watch immediately as soon as it aired because of the poor title; it is boring and dull. I only became interested when I learned that Huang Jun Jie was the ML plus Fan Zhi Xin. It has a strong start and rarely boring moments. HJJ is always an eye candy. I had had a long wait for him to appear and I almost thought that FZS was the ML. I liked the script the lines were intelligent, direct and uncomplicated. The scenes are mostly serious with no stupid characters. Was this review helpful to you?
Brilliant Direction; Playful scriptwriting; Ingenious Acting of the Male Lead
For many, the scene in episode 21, where he knelt down in front of her, was the best scene in the series. Because this scene showed a different persona of the ML. In the past, he was one that never bowed down to girls. One that is sought after. In this scene, he was brought down to sincere humility after a series of rejections from the FL. In his face there was a multitude of varied emotions that brought many to tears. I felt his sincerity, too. But it was the moment just before he opened the doorknob going inside the karaoke room that I realized that Yang Yang was really such a great actor. I understood his unspeakable feelings - for in this scene, I understood that he has made a decision to do anything to win her over. That slight sigh (that you can easily miss) was an understatement to the surging emotions and a decision in his lifetime. He is truly a brilliant actor. Also, he has a habit of 'doing something' with his hands when deep in thinking and for me, it marks one of his first rate skills as an actor or perhaps that was coming from the director? Whether it was from the director or originated from another inspiration, it was done in good taste, it didn't come out 'random'. I loved his ingenuity and playful character in this series. His capacity as an actor was maximized - the director was really brilliant. I also loved the scriptwriting - the playful words were awesome. This series is one that is not easy to forget. By the way, I would like to commend Yang Yang's image consultant - he is well-handled.Was this review helpful to you?
Superb Casting
The roles fit to the performers well. The casting was perfect. I like everything about it, except that it is not something I would rewatch again and again like Love O2O. The story was a cliche it's just likable because it was well-performed. The ML is perfect for the CEO role - the looks, the way he delivered the lines, the personality and the way he carried himself.; not trying so hard. He looks natural. The FL has the FL vibe - nice hair, and the charm. All other characters fit the role as well. I am looking forward to the ML doing another CEO role again. He is perfect for this kind of role. Was this review helpful to you?
If it's Wallace Huo's, then it must be great!
Great storyline, cast, direction, cinematography. Of course if it's Wallace Huo's drama, it must be great. I love the emotional intensity he brought to the film. His eyes are very expressive - that sexy teary eyes that touches my heart every time. He has great voice too! I've seen most of his drama TV series and I loved all of them. I love the air of superiority that he exudes especially with his enemy around. His eyes that can freeze the hell fire even with just one gIance. I love the scenes together with Yun Xian when the snow is falling. Every time is a moment to cherish. There's been always too much emotion but with the situation they were in, it's been impossible to articulate because Yun Xian's really a virtuous lady. Was this review helpful to you?

Unexpectedly great!
At first I did not expect it to be glorious. The plot is not unique and I thought that the cast was pretty boring and ordinary. To be honest, I did not find the male protagonist attractive enough and the female protagonist was too ordinary. Plus the fact that they were unknown to me. However, the very first part of the story was too interesting to pass up. Thereupon, I was hooked. There was never a dull moment. The emotion portrayed was just right. At this point, I began to understand why these artists were chosen for their characters and my perspective about the artists particularly the male protagonist changed. He is now definitely handsome in my eyes. I also love men who are intellectual and he played his character well enough being intellectual in this story. The musical score is not impressive and forgettable. The costume design could have been better. The direction was pretty great. Overall, I think it is great. Was this review helpful to you?

Boring & overrated!
7+ is overrated! This series is boring and I kept skipping some parts. Although I still love Yang Yang. Maggie Jiang's acting is lame and flat. I think the only saving grace is the presence of Yang Yang although it didn't help much. The story is like a work of an intern with an average grade. It did't captivate me. The only reason why I reached episode 26 is because I skip most parts of the story. Even then it took me more than 3 months now to reach this episode - it is this uninteresting. There is a lot of insignificant and dull dialogue, the story is too ordinary without climax. I am greatly disappointed because I had high expectations. Was this review helpful to you?
Underrated!
Endearing from start to end. Romanticism is played right. The rewatch value is high. It is light, sincere and has a good storyline. I keep rewatching this drama because it gives inspiration and hope. Han Zhang is best in this genre. Among Chinese drama, I like him best in this work and among his works, Iike him best portraying as CEO. He is the number one Chinese actor who can portray this type of role. he is a credible CEO; the way he carries himself, his expressions, the way he delivers his lines, and the type of clothing he wears. The best part in this drama is the scene where Shan Shan saw the Li Shu kissed Feng Teng. Frankly I hated Feng Teng in that scene and his reasoning for not 'evading' Li Shu because he treats her as family. The scene is so heartbreaking. Over-all, this drama is very watchable and I still keep rewatching it. Good job!Was this review helpful to you?
The best from Zhang Han
This is definitely the best drama from Zhang Han. At least for me. I immensely enjoyed it. The story was brilliant. As usual, Zhang Han was always in his best as expected. Congratulations to me for not skipping any bit of the story. It is certainly informative, more than a just a story about the life in the cruise ship, more than just a romantic drama and more than just a love story. It gave me a better perspective about the job of the staff in the cruise ship especially the job of the captain. Although, my family travels across many countries, I have never been in a cruise ship but this story inspires me now to try. I must congratulate the screen writer for the seemingly excellent lines uttered. This is a different role for Zhang Han and he always gives his best. He still is the best Chinese actor for me. I hope Braveness of the Ming will soon air. I am patiently waiting for his next project. Was this review helpful to you?

Overrated!
The story might be good but not great. The cast was pretty boring except for Song Weilong. Seven Tan's Character is an irony. She is not that lovable to be liked by two men. She has a brash attitude and annoying. Everything about her is just ordinary. For me as a viewer, she is not worthy to be gazed upon. I will not spend money on this artist. An actress must at least be charming and pretty. Steven Zhang smile is not captivating. Next time better not to smile because he would lose his charm. I liked the elders' acting better. Song Weilong's acting is better among the younger artists even when he doesn't smile. Was this review helpful to you?
