Does the cheating ex bf gets his bad ending or karma??
Good, bc on WYMM, the ex, who was the ex practically from the first episode, is still hanging around and it's almost finished, this drama knows how to treat them.
I really like this drama. Someone called it comfortable. After all these Kdramas where the FL is waffling & resisting and noble idiocy yada yada til ep 16, this one doesn't waste time getting the leads together. I find it very refreshing. And yes FL is a bit of a doormat but I love the ML. It's just a nice drama where you don't have to wait forever for things to be resolved, and no silly misunderstandings that go on forever. Doesn't hurt that ML is hot. It's not perfect but it's uncomplicated in a good way, and "nice" (I finished ep 6). I just love the low-key vibe.
The beginning was very good, the actors had great chemistry, some overused clichés, but episode 9 was difficult…
I'm fast forwarding through more and more scenes as the drama progresses. At this point I only like the ML. He speaks his mind at least, while the FL is still lying and acting sus. (When she claims she missed lunch bc taking care of a friend lol) Plus he's a good actor and easy on the eyes.
Oh by the way...what is the point of living in a gated community if the guards open the gate to literally anyone who makes up an address? What a joke. Any pricey gated community like the drama's, has guards who look at a list. Gated community owners--at least nice ones like this one-- put guests' names on a list at the gate, the list that guards look at. You also have to show ID. The ex just made up a name, no list, no ID, and the guards just open the gate? What a way to let random home invaders into your $5M home communities lol.
Here I was, hoping for more scenes between the second couple but she’s already calling the ML “my man” in…
why do these shows give so much time to unbearable characters like the disgusting ex and delusional SFL instead of actually growing the main lead relationship?? Would love to watch a maturely written rom com. Without hysterical females who get falling down drunk.
I'm enjoying this drama a lot! The only thing I don't really like are those scenes where the woman gets drunk…
Kdrama writers have so many (usually female) drunk scenes and it's not good marketing for Korea to show its women being so weak and pitiful. Horrible role model for younger women to think that behavior is ok. It's usually used as a device for the (usually) female to express her thoughts. Weak writing, embarrasses me to see these pathetic scenes. Both the v smart FL and the doctor (!!!) get falling down drunk. What a way to show women. SMH.
two episodes a week is torture but at least it's two per week and not one like Learning to Love, when it's only one per week you lose the rhythm and forget about it.
