Tough crowd!

In my opinion, the high rating is due to it being the most well made modern cdrama.

Chemistry - 🔥. I don’t think I’ve ever seen more chemistry between leads.

Story - Although simple, it works in the best way possible. It resonated with a lot of the viewers and is achingly sweet. A lot of pillows were harmed.

Styling - The clothing, hair and aesthetics just make sense. I don’t know if you watch modern cdramas but most of the time, I’m too busy wondering what they were smoking when they picked the outfits for the leads.

Visuals - Totally shallow but the leads look great. Their smiles can light up any room! When they hug, I didn’t feel like the ML would break ZLS in half.

Other things like acting, OST, supporting actors and cinematography were also outstanding but mainly, it’s how it made its audiences feel. Such a feel good drama, it’s no wonder it’s highly rated.

If we are talking about the same YouTuber, she’s has absolutely no idea what she’s talking about. All the things she ranted about were false and she had followers blindly agreeing with her. I’m not even talking about her opinions because however warped, it’s her opinion. There were things she had huge problems with that simply did not happen in the drama OR the novel. Then she makes a video looking all tired and concerned about the influences this drama will have on kids - what a joke. I think every teenager should watch this drama because there’s so many life lessons in it.

Not only that! The FL acted like she’s 12 and kept calling the ML ahjussi while the mature looking Gong Yoo did look like her ahjussi! Not to mention he “died” mid thirties and she’s 19!? Come on.

Episode 8-15 is gold! It brought me back to when I was that young with butterflies.

Yes! Imperial Coroner and a few romcoms that were pretty bad tbh. It wasn’t his fault though because story was meh and the FL very cringy lol.

I think he is a promising actor and he does micro expressions pretty well. He just needs to find his script and a good female lead. Lusi might be the one to bring something more out of him.

They looked amazing with each other in that Pepsi commercial. Let’s hope they do get to work together and that it’s a good script.

Dylan Wang?? Really???

Let’s give this leading man a chance! Although he’s not as famous, he’s does have something special.

I would love to see her with Wang Yibo too and maybe Bai Jing Ting!

I’m actually looking forward to see what kind of magic she will make with Wang Zi Qi because although not a traffic star, he holds his own.

Omg my dream came true with Dylan Wang pairing! Hoping it’s a good, romantic script.

Don’t worry - Not much! Jiang Ying’s friend is Sang Zhi’s coworker and just piles on a lot of work for her. Nothing too dramatic. She did meet her once at a work event but Shan Zhi handled it.

I really don’t understand why she gets so much hate. I’ve seen her haters dedicate their lives just to be her number 1 hater and I find it so hilarious.

I love how she analyses every scene and is always so professional! I watch her bts - sometimes when they do kiss scenes, you can tell she’s more into getting the right angle while her MLs are lost into it haha.

She can also be a costume designer!

I think he was trying to look as if everything is going to be fine for Sang Zhi as she was so worried. After she left, his demeanor changed.

Haha no worries! I think what’s significant is how he obtained the red envelope - By calling Sang Yang “Gege”. While it’s cringy (a grown man would only use “Ge” instead of “Gege”), it’s what Sang Zhi’s future husband will call her older brother.
