From the few scenes I've seen they do have a rocky start but as their love grows they have some cute moments together! I've only seen one kiss scene but it's okay I'm here just for their cute moments and the drama.

Jinqi getting his backside whooped so hard but from his face that man didn't give a damn! He just knew he made the right choice for himself and no one else mattered! I know Lanxiang's opinion matters but this man went against his own mother just to marry a girl he liked! And I did feel bad for him cause that beating was no joke but well he kinda deserves it before we forgive him for what he's done! Anyway waiting for the drama to continue tomorrow!!
