Does not deserve hate. Its a just a fun cliche drama that hits all the right spots. Even though it reminds me of old classic (and even cheesy kdramas), its still such a breath of fresh air! Like someone said, its a perfect mood changer after a long day at work!
Ep 5 was pretty weak and confusing for me. You can really tell that its an american series, the vibes. Hope they wrap it up nicely. I can see people loosing interest if they go for multiple seasons.
To avoid it feeling boring I would recommend one episode a day. If you watch more than one ep a day you will get bored for sure, and if you rest a few days between eps you will also get bored since more or less nothing happens in the drama and there are so many filler scenes. One ep a day for 16 days! Good luck!

Like I wrote before - the ratings almost always even out/become fair after the dramas finish airing, even on MDL, believe it or not. There are only a few expections, for example when its a Lee Jong Suk, Park Seo Joon or Seo In Guk drama. They get highly rated automatically even if the stories are badly written. Anyway, in most cases they end up rated fairly.
It is good so far, especially ep 3 was really well done. Enjoy!
