It makes sense about the public knowledge in Shuiyuntian, Orchid and the others just fangirl him then. But I don't think DFQC knows tho, since when he died, CH is not even born yet.

I think with Orchid's case warding off evil spirits is emergency to save DFQC so suddenly her hidden power as goddess shows up. But after that a lot of intense things happen she doesn't really pay attention of her own background since she's too busy to tend the wounded DFQC and convince people that's she's worthy to be the Moon Queen. So again, she doesn't care about her own but DFQC's sake.

The reason I asked cos his eyes become black before she comes in. Every time I see a character's eyes become black in dramas is a sign he's possessed. Twice happen, first when he's by her bedside and dreams meeting the evil spirit, then he lies to her about his dream. The second time is in the last scene. She challenges him to look at her straight to the eyes and tell her he doesn't love her. Which he did, in the Ep 31 preview, so she runs out crying. So I assume somehow the evil god possesses him. If someone lies and it's not habitual liar, usually the person doesn't want to look at the eyes.
