Me, too! I gave BOF an 8.0 rating when I finished watching it, cos I didn't have anything to compare with. Later I changed it to 7.5, then 7.0, hahaha.

I merely wrote a Currently Watching article, with my first impression of the four first episodes and my anticipation of the further episodes.

I think the plot will stay similar to the other versions, or more likely the manga, as it's a licensed version. It means it has to adhere what the author/her agency requested. You should see the second official trailer with the glimpse of the rest of the story. What do you think? Does it look like following the similar plot or not?

So F4TBOF is your first Thai drama? Welcome to the Thai dramaland, then! As I wrote above, first experience is always memorable. The language, culture, style, costume, setting, etc are indeed a whole new world to discover! ;D

Wow... probably you will continue. The reason I suggested readers to watch Ep 1 as imo it has the worst bullying, which may be a trigger warning or a turn-off, and also the worst of Thyme's behavior. Thyme actually keeps getting better gradually, and Gorya is not a doormat. The biggest test for his character development and their romance is of course with the mom thing, as you've seen in the K and C versions.

So do you like it so far besides the Magic Pork Night? ;D
Notice that towards the end of the second official trailer, Thyme does what exactly Gorya's mom does when she fixes the tube TV... he adapts quite well ;D

I think you misunderstood the content of article. The ones you mentioned about addressing bullying and Thyme's character development are both under the Forethoughts section. It means my careful consideration of what will be necessary or may happen in the future. My anticipation of the upcoming episodes, in this case Ep 5 to 16, since I submitted the article right after Ep 4 was released.

I don't mention the characters differences for other versions, because my intention to write this article is not to do character analysis or compare-contrast on versions. I simply want to introduce this wonderful drama to people who don't know, don't plan to watch, or don't want to watch F4TBOF.

Actually, there are a lot of people dislike the K version. They said hurrah when BOF rating falls from 8.0 to 7+ ;D
