The ML Luo YunXi was injured the day before filming started and was hospitalised. He had stitches to his mouth and was on a liquid diet for 1-2 weeks if I remember correctly.

To start with, he has a slim frame and after being on a liquid diet, it is no surprise he looked the way he did. He started work immediately after being discharged. I remember the TTEOTM make up department piled so much make up on his face to hide his bruises and stitches, even we thought it was OTT. LYX did not rest longer before starting filming as he felt bad for holding up filming. If you catch him in Ashes of Love. He definitely looked healthier. Some love for the man for pushing through with the gruelling filming schedule immediately after being discharged. ❤️😁
