I think it was a year of hits and misses and unexpected finds for me.
My main cdrama gripes this year are unnecessary angst, poor character development and poor script.
My biggest gripe has to be poor book to screen adaptations. Lost You Forever comes to mind. If a drama's support actors are more popular than the lead guy, something is not right with the story telling. And in a too late attempt to fix that, the way they told the story in S2 did the Tushan Jing character dirty, making him look like a wimpy simp when he is not. Many important character scenes for him were chopped. 😅And in one scene, they even placed the song lyrics on him! 🤨WHUT disrespect!!! Poor foxy. 🦊 I am glad that they gave the XiangLiu character his glorious end in his multiheaded snake form, but it was obvious the budget was not there because where are the full armies fighting each other? I am only seeing a small bunch of people. Like village A versus village B. And with army vs XiangLiu, it looked like villagers vs godzilla. What the....🤣😂 But hey at least he was given a fitting end. 🐍 Sighs...This drama needs a proper remake. JUSTICE FOR LYF drama!!!!
Fangs of Fortune was a visual treat for the eyes. And now this unexpected gem of Blossom. I guess I am happy I ended the year strong. HAHHAHAHAHA....

I sampled 1 episode of Dylan's Dafeng and then Blossom. Though Dylan was sooooo handsome, storyline wise, Blossom draws one in. At least for me. And I was telling the gals, Blossom ML Song Mo is also looking like snakey from certain angles and styling. That should be motivation for you to come on over quickly? 🤪😝😁😂
