This is another positive ripple effect from TTEOTM that LIS is doing well. And it looks stupid for the haters and competition to say that TTEOTM is a flop.
TTEOTM drama overcame: 1. Censorship drama. 2. Slash from 56 to 40 episodes to tell the story. 3. Delayed filming due to injured LYX who could only start filming 2 weeks later. 4. Overwhelming negative reviews from haters and competition
Despite all of that, TTEOTM helped: 1. Boost tourism for small townships where they filmed. 2. People involved in the show were noticed in a positive way by the authorities 3. Helped increase viewership for LIS 4. Golden touch from LYX who co hosted sell out live streams (yes even we overseas audience wanted in and went to get what we can from online or the shops) 5. Stayed on top of charts for weeks and weeks with hardly any marketing effort from Youku
So proud of the TTEOTM team and Xixi for shouldering the bulk of it by his brilliant acting.
