Finally she saw her crush (and the man who saved her life) with her nemesis. I think everyone can be emotional about that. shen bai seems like a jealous woman who wants everything that FL have.

Because they're not fluent and reading lines. Plus, I think they're not all actors. They just fit the "foreign look".

I just can't skip the intro song. It's so ❤️ The whole OST is amazing.

I think it was the trailer and the posters that made us believe that.
However I think I will like it when the problems arrive. I trust the actors to deliver torment and sadness. I haven't read the novel but I saw some comments of what awaits them. We'll see. I've only seen 7 episodes so far.

I thought it was a dark drama with lot of sad and hard moments (I think the second part will be better)and I was waiting for it and I'm a bit disappointed by the final product.

They don't want us to know. 😅. I think they try to be as vague as possible (to avoid problems) and in the drama Eastern country inhabitants are from lots of differents ethnies. I'm learning mandarin : Dong Guo 东 国 (what they call this country) means literally East Country.
(China is Zhong Guo 中国).

I have no problem with FL's personality. Crying easily doesn't mean you're weak at all. Also, she is young and in a war zone. And who wouldn't fall in love with such a kind and handsome man who saved your life?
The directing style I have reservations.

Only when it's too cheesy. When they were in front of the mirage for exemple. Or else the pacing is good for me.

He saved her life. He was being heroic and gentle and had kind and beautiful eyes. She fell under his spell and honestly I would have too!
